National Tribal Gaming Commissioners & Regulators

The National Tribal Gaming Commissioners Regulators NTGC/R is a non profit organization. Membership is divided into three categories, voting members, associate members, and affiliate members. Affiliate members must receive approval from the NTGC/R Officers to be recognized.

CRITERIA for Approval:
• Must provide goods or services directly to the regulatory community.
• Must complete application along with fee, and submit to NTGC/R Treasurer.

PURPOSE of NTGC/R:
• Promote co-operative relationships among the commissioners/regulators of tribal gaming enterprises and other organizations;
• Promote exchange of thoughts, information and ideas which foster regulatory standards and enforcement that lead to consistent regulatory practices and methods of operations among the NTGC/R members;
• Promote educational seminars, which include commissioners/regulator training and other related activities;
• The NTGC/R may act as a gaming regulatory advisory group to tribal gaming organizations and others.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
• Complete Application Form and send with payment to NTGC/R Secretary. Application will then be considered for approval at the next NTGC/R Meeting. Upon Approval or Denial each applicant will be notified by mail.

Affiliate Membership Application

Affiliate membership fee of $500.00 annually, payable upon submission of the initial application and on the first day of January thereafter.
