The webinar series began with a Round table discussion with Chairman Jamie Hummingbird, Panelist, Jered Burright, IT Manager, Muscogee Creek Nation Office of Public Gaming; Meredith Hanley, Director of Licensing and Investigations, Pokagon Band Gaming Commission; Thorsten Toms, Director of Gaming Administration, Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission; and, David Vialpando, Executive Director, Pokagon Band Gaming Commission. Each webinar we dive deeper into a new topic relating to CHRI.
The goal of this roundtable and webinar series is to provide an assessment of the FBI/NIGC statutory requirements and recommendations to tribal gaming regulators on the collection, submission, and handling of gaming license application fingerprints and resulting Criminal History Record Information (CHRI), provide checklist(s), and other document templates. Our first topic was LASO 101 by Meredith Hanley, Director of Licensing and Investigations, Pokagon Band Gaming Commission. Our second topic held on March 3 , “Reduce the CHRI Footprint” was presented by Thorsten Toms, Director of Gaming Administration of the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission. The third webinar in this series will be “Clear Path to Compliance” being presented by Dave Vialpando, Executive Director of Pokagon Gaming

Cost: Webinars will be provided free of cost for our Commission and Associate Membership of NTGCR. If your Commission/Associate Member is not a member, the cost will be $100 per Commission/Associate Member for each session.
