Unprofessional behavior, including any form of harassment or discrimination, violence, or any other conduct or actions inconsistent with the professional values of NTGCR, will not be tolerated. Violations of any NTGCR policies or any conduct involving harassment, discrimination, or which otherwise disrupts the event or any related gathering of attendees of an event will result in immediate removal from the registered event without a refund and a ban on attending future NTGCR events. By attending an NTGCR event you consent to abiding by all NTGCR policies and agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify NTGCR from any claims related to the enforcement of such policies. The National Tribal Gaming Commissioners & Regulators (NTGCR) reserves the right to photograph and/or record video at any NTGCR event without obtaining the explicit written consent of individuals appearing in the photographs or videos. NTGCR may use these photographs or videos for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, publications, or media content created, used, or commissioned by NTGCR, such as brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and more. If you attend an NTGCR event and do not wish to have your image captured or distributed, you must notify NTGCR in writing and inform any official event photographers of your request. NTGCR is not responsible for any photos or videos taken by unofficial attendees. By attending a NTGCR event or by not submitting a written request to NTGCR regarding the use of your image prior to attending an NTGCR event, you consent to the use of your likeness by NTGCR and agree to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify NTGCR from any claims related to the use of your image or likeness.
