Conference Registration

*Please note: If you prefer to PAY BY CHECK, you do not need to complete the Online Registration.  Instead, please download a copy of the brochure and email your completed registration to dawnr@ntgcr.com.

** We recommend having attendee and payment information ready prior to beginning your online registration.  If you leave the registration form without submitting, any information entered will not be saved.

Conference Pricing

(All Prices are Per Person)

Refund requests will be subject to NTGCR's Refund Policy.


Early Registration pricing will be in effect until February 15, 2026. We must receive your form and payment by close of business on February 15, 2026 to take advantage of the early registration payment amount.


Please review pricing options to ensure you are selecting the proper registration options:


$600 - Member Registration - Your Gaming Commission or Vendor is a member of the NTGCR. If you are not sure if your Commission/Vendor is a member for 2026, please email us at dawnr@ntgcr.com.


$550 - Member Tribe or Organization sending three or more to attend the conference.


$650 Non-Member Tribe or Organization.


$600 Three or more from the same Non-Member Tribe or organization.
